download thai language on nokia lumia 800

I have a problem about thai language on my phone which is Nokia lumia 800.
I would really like to install thai language on my phone. I cannot even read Thai website such as Pantip or manageronline. Thai alphabets were like freak symbols.

I didn't buy it in Thailand, what should i do?

I want it as fast as i can. Do you have any idea about it? Can i download thai language from market place? Where can i get Thai language?

Is Nokia care the last choice??

It doesn't matter where you buy it. WP7 right now does not fully support Thai but you can read and write just fine if you follow those links above.
